Online platforms are ideal for taking advantage of your close up! Nonverbal communication can often go under utilized in online improv. How can we use the silence? How can we expand the emotions of our words? In this workshop we will focus specifically on using facial expressions and body language to enhance our performance.
Brenna Judkins is an actor, improviser, artist and activist from Southern California. They have been teaching improv and puppeteering for 1.5 years and can be found directing and hosting Disaster Time, and playing with Don’t Mess, Judkins and Dingle, and Improv Chattanooga online team. They are also a co founder of Zmack Virtual, a consultant on LGBTQIA2S+ issues and a host of several online jams catering to queer spaces.
This class is offered completely online through Zoom. We recommend using a computer for the best experience. You do not need a Zoom account, but you might want to try it before the class so you are familiar with it.
