Baltimore, MD (July 26, 2024) — Highwire Improv, a non-profit theater committed to fostering creativity and community engagement through improv, has announced the launch of the greatest comedy and history tour in the greatest city in America.
Baltimore Holy S#!T, a hilarious voyage around Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, explores Baltimore's weird history, unusual landmarks, most ridiculous people, and the best stories Charm City has to offer. After two test runs, this irreverent love letter to Baltimore is ready for public consumption (just like the Chesapeake Bay water the tour travels on), with three dates now booking in August, September, and October:
What should Baltimoreans expect?
- The tour meets at the Baltimore Water Taxi pier in Fells Point, located at 901 South Broadway. Travelers (locals and visitors alike) will meet Highwire’s hosts dockside and bask in the calm harbor vibes.
- Participants will triumphantly but safely march down the pier onto the vessel 'DOWNTOWN' creating a measurable amount of jealousy concentrated in Fells Point.
- The adults in the room will drive the boat while the audience sings songs, learns (no guarantees), plays games, and re-invents Old Bay.
- Everyone will disembark as changed human beings.
