We’ve chosen a print-on-demand storefront so that we don’t have to keep valuable inventory around, and possibly run out of on-hand quantities of things. If you order it, it’ll be produced. Each of these items has a production cost—we’ve increased that cost by approximately 20%, and that’s the amount that goes into Highwire’s coffers as support. For clothing items that have different sizes, we’ve normalized the prices of any sizes so that no matter what size you buy, the cost is the same.
Some of our products are only going to be available for a single month—if you see those, don’t delay! Once the month is over, they’ll go in the vault and you won’t be able to purchase them until we dig them out and put them back on offer.
Well, that’s not a question.
I could do without the attitude.
See, isn’t it easier when we’re all calm and pleasant? If you have any problems with your order, give an email to support@printify.me and they’ll take care of things for you. Since they fulfill and print everything, they’re going to be the ones to talk to.
You know, I feel like we really got off base with our little tiff. Do you think you could forgive my curtness?
That’s not a question either.
